Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 24, 2026

This is a starting template and should be reviewed by legal counsel before launch.

This Privacy Policy explains what data Lumind (“Lumind”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use our website and services, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect only what we need to run our service.

1. Data we collect

  • Your email address, when you create an account, place an order, or contact support, so we can deliver reports and respond to you.
  • The domain you ask us to scan, along with publicly available information about that domain that our analysis reads.
  • Order and billing data needed to process your purchase. Card details are handled directly by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card number.
  • Basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type, used to operate the site, keep it secure, and prevent abuse.

2. How we use your data

  • To run the requested scan and deliver your report.
  • To process payments and send order confirmations.
  • To provide customer support and answer your questions.
  • To maintain the security and reliability of our service.
  • To comply with our legal obligations.

3. We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or the domain data you submit. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate the service, such as Stripe for payment processing, hosting and email delivery providers, and the search engines and AI answer engines our analysis queries. These providers process data only as needed to provide their service to us and under their own privacy terms.

5. Data retention

We keep your account and order data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal, accounting, and reporting requirements. You can ask us to delete your account data, subject to records we are required to keep.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Cookies

We use only the cookies and similar technologies needed to keep you signed in, secure the site, and remember basic preferences. We do not use them to build advertising profiles.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.
