Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Lumind website and services operated by Lumind (“Lumind”, “we”, “us”). By using our website or purchasing a report, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

Lumind provides AI visibility (GEO) and search engine optimization (SEO) analysis. We scan a domain you provide and produce a scored report that describes how AI answer engines and search engines reference that domain, together with prioritized recommendations. Reports are digital products delivered online.

We currently offer the following one-time reports: the GEO Report ($19), the SEO + GEO Report ($49), and a Premium plan ($99). Prices and the contents of each report may change over time. The price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the service. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit a domain you do not own or are not authorized to analyze in a way that violates the rights of others.
• Resell, redistribute, or publish our reports as your own product without our written permission.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details; they are handled directly by Stripe under their own terms and security standards. By submitting a payment you authorize the charge for the report or plan you selected.

5. Delivery of digital products

Reports are delivered electronically. Once payment is confirmed, the scan runs and the report is made available to you online (and, where applicable, by email). Delivery times depend on the size of the domain analyzed and on third-party data sources.

6. Refunds

Because our reports are digital products that are generated and delivered to you, our refund policy is set out separately in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Accuracy and no guarantees

Our reports rely on data from third-party search engines and AI answer engines that we do not control and that change frequently. We provide our analysis and recommendations in good faith, but we do not guarantee any specific ranking, citation, traffic, or business outcome. The reports are provided for informational purposes and you remain responsible for any decisions you make based on them.

8. Intellectual property

The Lumind website, software, branding, and report formats are owned by Lumind. The report we generate for your domain is licensed to you for your own internal and client-facing use. You retain ownership of the domain and the underlying content you submit.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumind is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to a report is limited to the amount you paid for that report.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
