Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when you can request a refund for a Lumind report. Our reports are digital products that are generated specifically for the domain you submit and delivered to you online. This affects how refunds work, so please read this page before buying.

1. Before your report is delivered

If you have paid but your report has not yet been generated and delivered, you can ask us to cancel and we will refund you in full. Contact us as soon as possible so we can stop the order before the scan runs.

2. After your report is delivered

Once a report has been generated and made available to you, it has been delivered as a digital product and is generally non-refundable. By starting a paid scan you acknowledge that delivery may begin immediately.

That said, we want you to be satisfied. If something went wrong, for example the report failed to generate, is incomplete, or contains a clear technical error on our side, we will review your request on a case-by-case basis and either fix the report, re-run the scan, or issue a refund where appropriate.

3. Digital products and the right of withdrawal

Where a statutory right of withdrawal would normally apply to consumer purchases, that right does not apply once the delivery of a digital product has begun with your prior consent, because the report is created on demand for your specific domain. By purchasing, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge this.

4. Subscriptions

For our Premium plan, you can cancel at any time to stop future charges. Cancellation stops the next renewal; amounts already charged for the current period are not refunded unless required by law or covered by the case-by-case review above.

5. How to request a refund

Email our support team at moraly.j@gmail.com with your order details and a short description of the issue. Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
